Founded by security and law enforcement training experts Jeff Moore and K.C. Our Founders

Jeff Moore
CEO
With over 35 years of experience, Jeff Moore is one of the nation’s leading private security and investigation experts. The founder of multiple successful security companies, including Top Gun, Jeff has previously held senior roles at United American Security and GardaWorld. He has experience and special training in such critical security areas as active shooter response, intrusion testing, corporate loss prevention, fraud investigations, DNA and evidence gathering, interrogation, and identity theft. A sought-after security consultant, speaker, and expert witness, Mr. Moore has been interviewed by dozens of news outlets including the BBC, CBS, CNN, NBC, CourtTV, Fox News, The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, New York Post, and Houston Chronicle.A licensed security consultant, personal protection officer, and private investigator, Jeff is a leader in the private security industry, currently serving as President of the Associated Security Services and Investigators of the State of Texas (ASSIST) and previously serving as the President of the Houston Law Enforcement and Private Security Program (LEAPS).
KC Blake

KC Blake is the co-founder of Blake Learning Solutions, a successful instructional design and e-learning company, which specializes in creating custom courses and training for government and corporate clients. For more than a decade, KC has worked closely with the U.S. military, federal government, law enforcement, and private industry, using creative and research-based methods to prepare critical personnel to identify, prevent, and respond to wide-ranging threats ranging from terrorist attacks to active shooters or workplace sexual violence.An experienced project manager and multimedia producer who has successfully managed large-scale instructional design projects and produced multiple media properties, KC's clients include the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, Arlington National Cemetery, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, Live Nation, American Express, ABC, Disney, ESPN, and many others. KC holds an MBA from the University of Southern California.
